Monica De La Cruz (TX-15)

Monica De La Cruz was raised in the Rio Grande Valley by her single mother. After putting herself through college, Monica returned to the RGV and opened her own insurance agency. Monica found immediate success in her new venture, becoming the first female agent in the Rio Grande Valley to earn the prestigious President’s Club award, an honor bestowed upon the top 50 agents in the country.
